Can you fingerpaint on command? : Yes. I'd prefer to duct tap a quarter-stick of dynomite to a jug of waterpaint, put it in a parking garage, light it and run, but I can be flexible. You may say why use waterpaint? The best part of it is seeing the expressions on folks faces!
